Rolled out backup for staff laptops and desktops across INGOT's offices in around 9 countries, including people working remotely. It runs on Synology with the backups going over VPN, so it works the same whether someone is in the office or at home, and it stays out of the way in the background.

Set up INGOT's Cyprus office across two phases. In 2024 I built the first office from scratch: I planned it, worked with the vendors and the cabling crew, and flew out to finish it on site, covering Cisco switches, a FortiGate firewall, UniFi WiFi and access-control doors, plus all the configuration (VLANs, IPsec and SSL VPN, SD-WAN, SSIDs, APC UPS). In 2025 the company moved to a bigger office, and for that one I handled installing and configuring the infrastructure equipment.

Standardized the WiFi and office network on Ubiquiti UniFi across several INGOT offices, including Dubai. I did the site survey, the VLANs, the controller and SSID setup, and tied in the CCTV and door-access systems so everything is managed from one place.

Upgraded the UN OCHA Jordan office from an old flat 100 Mbps network to a segmented 1 Gbps one. I planned the design, split it into VLANs for better performance and security, and handled choosing and dealing with the vendors.

Worked on a big structured-cabling job for the Mövenpick resort at Tala Bay in Aqaba, covering CCTV, door access, patch panels and telephony. My part was the cabinets and terminations: getting the racks dressed, labelled and tidy, and making sure the cabling on the back end was done properly.
